DEBORA SETNIK
If organisation were an art, Debora would be the master. With over two decades of experience managing audiovisual projects, she’s the backbone of our team, ensuring everything is delivered on time and beyond expectations. When it comes to making creative visions happen, Debora is the one who gets it done.
Stip is our go-to creative director, bringing fresh ideas and a unique vision to Laloca. A true jack-of-all-trades, he’s a director, designer, and illustrator who delivers standout visual solutions across multiple platforms. Throughout his career, Stip has collaborated with global giants like Adidas, EA Sports, Nike, and Netflix, to name just a few, and he has contributed his talents as a full-time member at top studios like The Mill, Blind, and State. Whether he’s crafting bold visuals or sparking new ideas, he’s always pushing our projects to the next level.
THAIS SAUSMIKAT
With over 15 years of experience in the audiovisual industry, including 12 years as an assistant director, her journey has been shaped by a deep appreciation for every stage of the creative process. She has been closely involved in all phases of filmmaking, from script to edit, and is now stepping into a new role with great curiosity and enthusiasm.
She has collaborated with brands such as Nike, Asics, Deezer, Heineken, Natura, Nivea, YouTube, Disney and many more. Drawn to what feels unique, she believes every project deserves that perspective. What drives her is turning ideas into visual stories, and she’s energised by the opportunity to connect talents, collaborators, and new possibilities.
